Originally developed for 'Turf' producers/suppliers, this MS Office 'Addition' has been extended to accommodate the requirements of the following:

1. Goods carriers - logistic suppliers
2. Warehouse distributors - with or without delivery services
3. Producers of products - of variable nature - that supply and deliver direct to customers

The following 'automatic' features are incorporated within a fully integrated structure:

• Vehicle fuel costs calculations in relation to defined journeys
• Driver labour costs calculations in relation to defined journies
• Journey distance calculation on second use of any destination. The Automobile Association's 'A to B' route calculating application is launched automatically when a new destination is posted, to provide for the related distance posting. These postings are then employed automatically for all subsequent quotations/transactions
• Sub-total values from fuel+driver labour calculations - total haulage value
• Sub-total values from unit*quantity calculations - total products value
• Haulage+products calculations - total net transaction value
• VAT value calculation
• Gross job value calculation
• The production of a Delivery Note/Invoice when only one product is supplied
• The production of a 'Sold' report - listing all sold products, grouped by month. Multiple product ranges are fully catered for, within this
• The production of a 'Quoted, but not Sold' report - individually listing all quoted products, grouped by month
