Caters for an unlimited number of site pitches, with the fully automatic implementation of a fairly complicated tariff structure; incorporating:
Pitch charge concessions for 'Over 50s'
Variable - 4 tier - tariffs; flexibly applied within pre-defined periods
Book for 7 nights and only pay for 6 nights - fully automatic calculations
Total booking values are calculated and posted within provisional booking facilities, fully automatically, in response to rapid user selections. Then it is possible to filter and sort all corresponding data within a central analasys facility. This in turn, provides for this data to be transferred directly to MS Excel; ultimately to provide for the best means to analyse data.
Individual day bookings are posted separately in a consecutive fashion, automatically in response to repetitive RETURN key depressions. Within these automatic processes, the next day posted is a single increment of the last. Where the last - most recent - day posting date is advanced, a time gap is created to create two ranges of consecutive day bookings, within the whole booking range. Such day bookings are mirrored within a central graphical diary: featuring a map with all of the days of the year and all available pitches acting as x and y co-ordinates. Ticked check boxes exist at all xy crossovers: on the completion of each day posting, the corresponding check box - within the graphic diary map - is unchecked. Thus, the rapid determination of pitch vacancies is admirably catered for.
